ABOUT
The dietitian behind the method.
ROMY
Rigour, Not Restriction.
I trained in clinical dietetics and spent four years in hospital gastroenterology before moving to my own practice. What I saw over and over was the same gap: people were given a diagnosis and a pamphlet, then left to run a complicated protocol alone. The protocol works. Doing it unsupervised usually doesn't.
So my practice is built around the part everyone skips — the testing phase, and the reintroduction that follows it.

I Believe In Testing. In Food Coming Back. In The Shortest Possible Restriction.
Restriction is a diagnostic tool, not a lifestyle. If a plan has no end date, it is not a plan.
This is not a cleanse. This is not a forever list. This is a method with a finish line.
